We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. This is to make room for other clients to enjoy class. Starting January 1, 2023 we added an $8 late cancel fee and a $10 no-show fee to ensure everyone is making space for others in the community to join in on your favorite classes. This is in addition to the loss of your class. If you do not have a valid card on file, your account will receive a negative balance. Those with with a negative balance of $25 or more will have their account paused until the balance is cleared in full.
