All PILATES REFORMED classes are held at either our PILATES REFORMED studio on 410 Marcus Garvey or PILATES REFORMED II on 248 Patchen Ave. Socks are required for these classes. We offer rental socks for $2.

PILATES MAT, PILATES STRONG, & PILATES CHAIR classes are at our BEATS & BARRES studio on 304 Malcolm X BLVD. Socks are required for CHAIR classes.

PILATES MAT

Located in our Beats & Barres studio.

Just you, the mat and maybe a couple of toys. This is a traditional pilates class focusing on strengthening and stretching the core and stabilizer muscles. Great for any level of fitness, from those just starting since it is zero impact, to intense athletes as it targets muscles than can get overlooked and injured during large or high impact movement. *NO SHOES REQUIRED*

PILATES REFORMED

Located in our Pilates Reformed or Pilates Reformed II studio.

It's time to get reformed. These classes combine 3 key Pilates apparatus—Reformer, Tower, & Chair—for a supported yet challenging and creative workout. It's perfect for strengthening & aligning the body from head to toe. At least 5 Fundamentals classes recommended before joining this class.

Located in our Pilates Reformed I studio.

Back to the basics. In this class we focus on the pilates principles on each of the apparatus, keeping the moves simple yet challenging. This class is great for beginners and those dealing with injuries.

PILATES REFORMED: STRONG

Located in our Pilates Reformed II studio.

There's no better combo! We're mixing it up by throwing kettlebells into our classic Pilates mix of the Reformer, Tower, and Chair. This advanced class is all about giving you a killer combo of strength training and core Pilates moves. It's the perfect way to power up your fitness while keeping everything aligned from top to bottom. Ready to shake things up? Come and get a fresh twist on your routine, where we make sure every second counts! AT LEAST 5 PILATES REFORMED: FUNDAMENTALS AND  STRONG: FUNDAMENTALS CLASSES RECOMMENDED

PILATES CHAIR

Located in our Beats & Barres studio.

Not for the faint of heart. The Pilates chair is going to challenge everything you thought you knew about your body. It is a true test of strength, balance, mental focus…and courage.

This is an advanced class and requires 30 Pilates Reformed or 15 Chair: Fundamentals classes & studio approval. Not recommended for those with knee or back injuries. You can email info@thefitinbedstuy.com to request access.

PILATES REFORMED: JUMP

Located in our Pilates Reformed II studio.

This class in jumpin’ jumpin’. We whip out the reformer’s jumpboard for this cardio focused class. The arms, legs, and butt will be on fire, but in pilates we never forget to work the middle, so you core will be feeling the burn.
