STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TEACHER TRAINING
First cohort begins August 15th. Enrollment opens soon.
Learn the Science. Practice the Skill. Teach with Confidence.
A six-month training program for movement professionals who are ready to teach strength training — not just do it.
You're already a skilled mover. You've spent years studying your craft, building your practice, and earning the trust of your clients. But when it comes to strength training — programming it, teaching it, cueing it in real time — most movement certifications leave you on your own.
This program closes that gap.
The Fit In Strength & Conditioning Teacher Training is built for movement professionals who want to add strength training to their work with confidence. Not just the theory. The actual skill of coaching it.
The Who & Why
Why This Program Exists
Strong communities need access to strong teachers.
This training bridges the gap between certification and real-world teaching. You’ll learn how to coach functional movement, build safe and effective strength classes, cue diverse bodies, and structure group training experiences that feel clear, intentional, and impactful.
This is not just about knowing exercises.
It’s about learning how to teach them.
Built for movement professionals ready to go deeper.

Any movement professional looking to expand their coaching toolkit
If you've ever wanted to add strength training to your classes or sessions — but weren't sure how to teach it safely and effectively — this program was made for you.
The Program
This isn't a certification you study for. It's a training you practice.
Most programs give you a textbook and a test. This one gives you mentorship, live workshops, and real reps coaching and being coached — so you leave knowing how to teach, not just what to teach.
Skills-first curriculum — Built around what it actually takes to coach in the room, not just pass an exam
Two live intensive workshops — Practice teaching in real time, get real feedback, build real confidence
Mentor support throughout — You're not learning alone; feedback and guidance are built into the program
Hybrid or fully virtual — Choose the format that works for your life and your learning style
